Message: Entered the lobby area and it was sweltering. Don't know if AC was broken or if it was just off. We were in room 222 which is conveniently located above the lobby/breakfast area, but we had quite a few bags and there was no elevator! The owner was at the desk (I can't remember his name-Smay?) and was very pleasant. Another employee offered to help us get our bags up the stairs. We saw the owner again in the morning working in breakfast area. Breakfast selection was okay. To the owner: I highly recommend you visit the Americinn in Madison, WI. The general manager's name is Monty and the owner's name is James.. I wish ALL Americinns followed the same standards!

Message: I looked online for a cheap room and was amazed how nice the room was! I was not expecting a jacuzzi tub or fireplace! This place was further than I had liked from my destination, but definitely worth it! It's near I80 for all nearby travelers. There are quite a few nearby restaurants and a Walmart down the road if you need something. The room was the best by far and very nicely priced. I highly recommend and will stay again!

Message: Front desk service was friendly, pool was good, hot tub was not hot enough. Breakfast was fine, they had eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, hardboiled eggs. Room was clean. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Message: We had a fantastic stay! We decided to go with the jacuzzi room and it was very nice! Beds were comfortable but not the best, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Message: Really shouldn’t have people working who can’t do their job or have to call about every little thing. I didn’t get my deposit back at all this stay because of the new boy at the front desk. I stay here every time, but now that that’s happened. I’m done with it. $60 isn’t a lot but it’s the principle. I didn’t even have problems the whole time I was there besides this. Smh.
